We are able to offer the following 3 options to assist you remotely and resolve your support request as quickly as possible.

You can now submit online support tickets by visiting the Support Ticket Centre.

Or please choose either Quick Support or Host Support to download to your PC/Laptop. Remember where you save the downloaded file, run it and once you see our logo, please email or call us and quote the 9 digit ID number.

Quick Support doesn’t install anything on your machine, you simply run it whenever you require remote assistance, and once closed, no further remote access is possible until it’s run again.

Host support requires a quick installation of the program onto your machine, and allows for secure remote access even when you’re not there.
